Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes the rules that apply when using Tollbeam's website, dashboard, APIs, SDKs, infrastructure, and related services.

Last updated March 17, 2026Back to site

1. Purpose and scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every user of the Service, including account holders, team members, contractors, and any person or system sending requests through credentials issued by Tollbeam.

You may use the Service only for lawful, authorized, and documented purposes. You may not use the Service in a way that harms Tollbeam, other customers, third-party providers, blockchain networks, or the public.

2. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Service to engage in illegal, deceptive, harmful, or abusive conduct. Prohibited activity includes any activity that violates law, infringes rights, or creates unacceptable operational or compliance risk.

  • Violating sanctions, anti-money laundering requirements, export controls, or other financial crime restrictions.
  • Submitting fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized transaction requests.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, infrastructure, wallets, secrets, source code, or data.
  • Using the Service to distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code.
  • Harassing, threatening, defaming, or violating the privacy or rights of others.

3. Security and infrastructure abuse

You may not probe, scan, exploit, or test the vulnerability of the Service or related infrastructure except through a program expressly authorized by Tollbeam in writing.

You may not interfere with or degrade the Service through excessive load, denial-of-service behavior, abusive automation, credential stuffing, scraping beyond documented limits, or attempts to bypass rate limits or technical controls.

  • Do not share credentials in public repositories, client-side bundles, or unsecured environments.
  • Do not impersonate Tollbeam systems, support personnel, or other customers.
  • Do not disable, evade, or circumvent logging, monitoring, throttling, or enforcement controls.

4. Blockchain and payment abuse

Because the Service may be used to route or sponsor blockchain transactions, you may not use it for activities that increase legal, fraud, or operational risk beyond what Tollbeam reasonably supports.

  • Do not use the Service to facilitate theft, unauthorized asset transfers, market manipulation, laundering, sanctions evasion, or deceptive wallet behavior.
  • Do not intentionally trigger failed, spam, or griefing transactions to drain balances, abuse sponsored gas, or disrupt providers.
  • Do not route traffic in a way that conceals the true origin, purpose, or risk profile of your application or users.

5. Data use and third-party respect

You may not use data obtained through the Service except as permitted by law and by your agreement with Tollbeam. You may not resell, republish, or expose another customer's data, confidential information, or usage records.

Where the Service interacts with third-party providers or networks, you must also comply with the applicable terms, policies, rate limits, and technical constraints of those providers.

6. Enforcement

If Tollbeam reasonably believes you have violated this Policy, we may investigate and take action without prior notice where necessary. Actions may include request throttling, traffic filtering, credential rotation, suspension, termination, removal of content, or referral to law enforcement or regulators where appropriate.

You must cooperate with reasonable requests related to security incidents, abuse complaints, remediation steps, or compliance reviews tied to your use of the Service.

7. Reporting and updates

If you become aware of misuse, credential compromise, suspicious traffic, or a security issue involving the Service, you must notify Tollbeam promptly through the support or contact channels made available by Tollbeam.

Tollbeam may update this Policy from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated Policy means you accept the revised Policy.
